Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for providing attentive and friendly service while ensuring that all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment.

Duties
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Serve food and drinks to guests while ensuring their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences.
Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and managing cash transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure guest health and safety.
Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables and guest requests.

Experience
Ideal candidates will possess the following skills:
Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in cashiering and basic math skills for handling transactions.
Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Working Conditions
7am-3pm operation hours.
Weekends & stat holidays, required.
