Overview
Fiorino, Italian Street Food is looking for one PT weekends and any exceptional candidates

We are a Michelin Bib Gourmand and Gambero Rosso awarded restaurant, located in Vancouver's Chinatown and expanding with our new location in the Lonsdale Quay!

We take pride in serving Italian fare in a casual setting with fine dining service standards. We are expanding our culinary team for our new Lonsdale location to help ensure our guests continue to receive the best dining experience, and are looking for a key members to have a role promoting our positive team environment during our busiest times!

The role is Prep Cook/Line Cook , assisting the Head Chef and management team in driving our culinary program forward, monitoring product quality and adhering to our highest service standards. This candidate is required to have a minimum 1 year culinary experience in Canada as well as experience in a comparable restaurant position.

Responsibilities include:
Cooking during service.
Daily self management to ensure completion of prep list and line stock.
Collaboration with management to stay up to date with latest recipes and cooking techniques.
Follow directive and leadership from management team
Full understanding of all safe food handling and safety protocols.
Foster a positive work environment and culture through effective communication and teamwork.
