What You'll Do as Our Front of House Manager:

Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and motivate our front-of-house Teammates (servers, hosts, bartenders), fostering a positive, respectful, and high-performing work environment that reflects our core values.
Champion the Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and hospitality, proactively addressing feedback and resolving any issues with a positive and solutions-oriented approach.
Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee the dining room setup, maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization, and create that signature Kelsey's welcoming ambiance.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with our kitchen Teammates to ensure seamless communication, timely food delivery, and consistent quality that makes our guests say "Wow!"
Develop Our People: Train and coach new and existing Teammates on our service standards, menu knowledge, responsible alcohol service (Smart Serve), and POS systems.
Manage Resources Wisely: Monitor inventory for FOH supplies, place orders efficiently, and contribute to managing costs effectively.
Uphold Our Standards: Implement and rigorously enforce all health, safety, and food safety regulations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for everyone.
Financial Oversight: Handle cash transactions with accuracy, reconcile daily sales, and prepare reports for management, contributing to the financial health of our restaurant.
Team Building (A Plus!): Experience with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new Teammates is highly valued.

What You Bring to the Table:

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant, food service, or hospitality industry.
A genuine passion for the hospitality industry, a love for great food, and a natural ability to make people feel welcome.
Strong knowledge of front-of-house operations, guest service best practices, and ideally, familiarity with kitchen operations.
Proficiency in cash handling procedures and experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills - you're a people person who can motivate and build strong teams!
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, multitask like a pro, and keep your cool under pressure.
Smart Serve Certification is required.
