Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful analysis. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with business acumen and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses
Support the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes
Analyze operating results and key financial metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly management reporting packages and board presentations
Partner with business units to understand performance drivers and support strategic initiatives
Provide financial input on business cases, investments, and cost-saving opportunities
Improve and streamline FP&A processes and tools, including automation of recurring tasks
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Inacct) is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
CPA, CFA, or MBA designation (completed or in progress)
Experience in Logistics
