Precision Deck Truck Services has been operating in Calgary for 32 years, and is looking for a new driver to join our company. We haul equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts and telehandlers for equipment dealers in Alberta on tandem tilt-deck trucks. Our Drivers are the main service providers for our business and represent our brand to a number of customers in and around Calgary.

Responsibilities:
Inspect and Maintain your company provided vehicle and tools.
Complete daily pre-trips and e-logs.
Communicate with dispatch using phone calls, text messages and e-mails.
Drive and Operate a Tandem Tilt-Deck Safely
Drive, Load and Secure Equipment onto a Tilt-Deck Truck.
Provide excellent customer service.
Be prepared to work full-time Monday to Friday.
Complete all required paperwork.

Qualifications:
Class 3 Driver's License held for a minimum of 3 years
Clean Driver's Abstract
Must have 3 years of commercial driving experience
Must have experience operating equipment
Q Endorsement Required
Must be able to lift 75lbs unassisted
Should be able to navigate Calgary without the use of GPS

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday; 07:30 to 16:30
Some overtime

The best fit for this position will be someone who loves being behind the wheel of various different vehicles that all have different tools, controls and equipment. They will have an aptitude for mechanics and be interested in how things work, or how they are fixed. This job is physically demanding with approximately 40% of your work day being outside the vehicle, you may find yourself needing to be able to lift up to 75lbs unassisted.
