Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Class 1 Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer service, ensuring that all deliveries are completed on time and in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy trucks to transport freight to designated locations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling of goods.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
Adhere to all federal, state, and local driving regulations while on the road.

Ability to handle freight safely and efficiently.
Excellent communication skills for interaction with team members and customers.
Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during transportation.
Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Class 1 with Airbrakes Driving License
At least 1 year experience
Flat deck and b train experience
Should be able to secure load properly
Know how to secure tarp on load
Clean commercial drivers abstract
Mountain and winter driving experience
Highway driver needs USA visa
Professional, safe, and reliable
