Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front-End Client Care Specialist / In-Clinic Manager to join our team at Elegance Medispa in Bridgeland. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations while providing exceptional client service. This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a passion for medical aesthetics.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience.
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups using our booking system.
Maintain accurate client records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with industry regulations.
Oversee clinic operations, including opening/closing procedures, supply orders, and inventory management.
Managing invoicing, payments, and daily financial reconciliations including daily cash out.
Educate clients on skincare products and services (training provided).
Assist with social media engagement and marketing initiatives.
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a high standard of service and organization.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a medical aesthetics, healthcare, or beauty setting.
Familiarity with booking and scheduling systems is an asset.
Experience in handling transactions and maintaining financial records.
Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products or willingness to learn as training is provided.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with social media management is a plus.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
