RESERVATIONS AGENT

In this role, you will play a key part in promoting, selling, and overseeing reservations for Landsea Tours' diverse range of products and services. A day in the life of a Reservations Agent:
Communicates and works closely with Reservations Manager on a daily basis
Complete tasks assigned by the Reservations Manager
Ensure daily responsibilities are completed
Accurately records guest reservations for all Landsea Tours products
Maintains comprehensive telephone coverage
Provides personal and a high level of customer service
Responds to enquiries for tour information via phone, fax or email
Fulfills and coordinates last minute requests and reservations
Reviews, addresses or distributes all emails to the appropriate departments
Keeps knowledge current regarding tour details, schedules, pick up times & hotel locations
Works with other employees and management to prevent & solve problems as they arise
Follows through on customer inquiries, requests & complaints to the satisfaction of the customer
Elevates customer service issues to management when required
Establishes rapport with hotel concierge, front desk agents, tour companies, etc.
What you bring:
Some experience working in a sales/customer service environment
Superior Customer Service Skills
In-Depth Vancouver, Whistler and Victoria Knowledge
Excellent interpersonal, communication and active listening skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Base understanding of the destination travel/tourism industry
Organized and detail oriented with thorough follow-up skills
MS Office skills: Word and Excel
Proficiency with Mac OS
Proficiency with web based email client Gmail and Google Applications
Team oriented
A pleasant phone manner
