We are looking for full time and part time Customer Service Representatives to join our team! Body Blitz Spa is an award-winning Waters Spa created by women, employing women, for women. We have two busy locations in downtown Toronto at 497 King St. East & 471 Adelaide St. West. We preserve the centuries-old European tradition of "Taking the Waters" to promote health and well-being through Therapeutic Waters, water-based Body Treatments, and Massages. Ideal candidates will have experience in similar roles such as Retail, Guest Services, or Front Desk. It is helpful to be familiar with Book4Time spa booking software but we are happy to teach you! Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative possesses a warm and friendly personality with an interest in health and wellness. She must be client-focused, organized and attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

- Welcome clients into the spa, check clients in and out utilizing Book4Time, ensuring that they feel comfortable for the duration of their visit

- Answer phone and emails in a warm, professional manner, provide clients with the utmost care while fielding questions or making bookings

- Perform opening & closing duties as assigned

- Maintain client records with care and confidentiality

- Prepare and deliver client drinks from the Body Blitz Juice Bar

- Collect payment for all Body Blitz Spa services, product and juice bar sales

- Have thorough knowledge of Body Blitz Skin Care products, services and promotions

- Seize every opportunity to provide consultation and product recommendations to clients

- Maintain cleanliness of reception, retail, seating area and Juice Bar
