Here we grow again! Total Site Services Inc is a large full site service construction company operating throughout the Haliburton and Muskoka and beyond! Our mission is to provide and maintain a high level of safety, quality workmanship, productivity and customer satisfaction. Our services include, but are not limited to lot clearing, excavation, drill and blast, driveway installations, septic services - installations, repairs and pumping, retaining walls, landscaping, well drilling and pump installations.

The Heavy Equipment Operator applicant must demonstrate their ability to:

Operate a variety of heavy equipment (excavator, mini-ex, skid steer, dozer, loader etc.) to complete construction projects
Conduct daily inspections and report any repair issues, clean, lubricate and maintain equipment
Assist with general labour duties when needed, in order to complete construction projects
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Complete daily paperwork detailing job hours and costs
Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team

Additional requirements:

Minimum 3 yrs experience with heavy equipment
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, outdoors in all weather conditions
Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem solving abilities
