Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and construction, demonstrating proficiency in various techniques and materials. This role involves working at heights, performing installations, repairs, and maintenance of roofs to ensure they are secure and weatherproof. Duties
Install, repair, and maintain shingle roofs
Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing roofing materials.
Perform caulking to seal joints and seams for waterproofing purposes.
Conduct inspections of roofs to identify issues or areas needing repair.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
Engage in heavy lifting as required when handling roofing materials and equipment.

Experience
4-years Previous experience as a shingled Roofer required (bundle pay available for the right candidate).
Proficiency in blueprint reading is a valuable asset for this position.
Familiarity with various roofing systems and techniques is essential.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for quality workmanship.
