RESPONSIBILITIES

Load plant feeder bins (Asphalt Operations), or crusher or load trucks

Assist with stockpiling of aggregate into correct piles to maintain material consistency.

Work with ground personnel in the maintenance and clean up around the plant site.

Lift and place equipment/materials during plant maintenance & servicing.

Responsible for the safe operation & condition of the loader.

Responsible for fueling, servicing and inspections.

Promptly report any possible problems or defects with loader or plant.

Other duties as defined from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

Loader/Excavator operating experience required.

Mechanical experience would be an asset.

Must be able to understand work directions and communicate effectively with the supervisor and fellow employees, subcontractors and clients.

Must possess a valid driver's license and good driver's abstract

Must be able to work outdoors in areas that are dusty or dirty.
