One of our divisions, Capital Ready Mix, is currently accepting applications for the following position in St. John's:

PUMP TRUCK OPERATOR

Capital Ready Mix is currently looking for a seasonal full time Pump Truck Operator for hire for this construction season. The successful candidate will be required to complete many daily tasks, including but not limited to:

- Safely Drive and operate concrete pump truck on various jobsites.

- Evaluate jobsite to ensure appropriate setup.

- Safely unload, setup and reload of concrete pump tools and attachments.

- Safely complete general maintenance and inspection of concrete pump truck.

- Safely ensure the cleaning of the concrete pump truck is completed on an ongoing basis

Candidates must possess good social skills in dealing with daily customers and possess the ability to organize their daily activities in an efficient manner, under direction of their dispatcher. Possess knowledge (or ability to learn) the various products produced and distributed by the company. Candidates must be physically fit to handle heavy pump parts and tools greater than 50 lbs. Valid Class 3 Driver's License required. Preference will be given to candidates with concrete pump truck experience or heavy equipment experience with in house training provided.
