Health Care Aide Needed for Home Support in Parksville, BC

About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate Healthcare Aide or LPN to provide home support alongside a team of other experienced HCA's.

The role includes:
Assisting with all ADLs, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting
Performing range of motion exercises
Light housekeeping
Accompanying client on recreational outings

About Our Client: A male adult, who requires the use of a power wheelchair and enjoys outdoor activities such as trips to the beach and island day trips. On rainy days, he enjoys playing cards or watching movies. He has a great sense of humor and is looking for someone who can complement his active lifestyle.

What We're Looking For:
At least one year of experience in personal care
Proficiency with a two-person lift
Reliable, organized, and physically fit
Friendly and eager to assist

Position Details:
Full-Time , Day Shifts - Mon-Fri- 8-4 with some flexibility required
