We are seeking passionate, driven, and reliable applicants to join our team. We provide in-home care throughout Regina and surrounding area, so a willingness to travel up to an hour outside of city limits is welcomed. We are currently seeking caregivers for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Due to the nature of work, we will only select candidates who meet the following requirements:

- CPR/First Aid (level C) Certificate

- Clean Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check (obtained within the last year)

- Valid Canadian Class 5 Drivers License (Proof Required)

- Food Safe

- Must be 18 and/or older

- Proficiency with written and spoken English

- Previous industry experience in Canada

- Previous experience working with Seniors

- Previous experience working with Autism

- Legally entitled to work in Canada

- TLR Certificate

- Own vehicle with 2 million in liability insurance

Non-Required Qualifications (Preferred):

- PART Certificate

- MANDT

Shifts are between 3 and 8 hours in duration and will vary depending on the client. Visits are scheduled 24/7 - weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Caregivers can enjoy the benefit of visiting with multiple people in a day to stack hours. With various responsibilities, no two days will be the same! Shifts will take place in the client's private home setting, and you will be provided with a complete description of care beforehand.

General duties include:

- Companionship

- Safe use of various lifts and supports

- Light housekeeping & meal preparation

- Assistance with personal care

- Documentation and reporting

- Maintaining a healthy and safe environment

- Providing transportation for appointments and outings

- Assistance with the activities of daily living

- Encourage and support developmental milestones
