Key Duties:

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge background, with skills in areas such as HVAC, appliance repair, and refrigeration. This role is essential in supporting our operations and ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently. The Office Assistant will work closely with our sales team to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules and organizing files.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to mechanical projects.
Coordinate with technicians on project schedules and updates, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs, including schematics and service history through our platform.
Support the team with mechanical issues.
Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding service inquiries and appointments.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees by providing necessary training on office procedures.

Experience
Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong mechanical knowledge is required; familiarity with refrigeration, boiler systems, HVAC systems, appliance repair, and building maintenance is highly desirable.
Ability to read and interpret schematics related to mechanical systems.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
