Serenity Golf Club is a premier 36-hole facility featuring two championship courses, an extensive practice area, and a brand-new clubhouse opened in 2024. We are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our Pro Shop Team.

If you are friendly, efficient, take pride in delivering outstanding service, and have lots of energy , we want to hear from you! Our unique Pro Shop/Restaurant setup allows golfers to check in, grab refreshments, and order meals with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and book tee times.
Check in golfers, process payments, and manage tee times.
Assist customers with golf-related retail purchases.
Receive, price, and display new merchandise.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Communicate effectively with other golf course departments.

What We're Looking For:

Flexible schedule (availability to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings).
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Attention to detail in handling transactions and orders.
A safety-conscious mindset while working in a busy golf environment.

Position Details:

Seasonal role (April - November).
Location: Serenity Golf Club - 222111 Range Road 274, Rocky View, AB (SE of Calgary, off Highway 22x).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
