Position: Contact Lens Fitter

As a Contact Lens Technician/Consultant , you'll be a key player in the patient care experience. From welcoming patients with a smile to performing CL exams , you'll be an essential part of our team.

Responsibilities:
Patient Care - Welcome patients with a warm greeting. Assist first-time contact lens wearers with insertion and removal training. Conduct contact lens fitting exams, including spherical, toric, and multifocal lenses.
Scheduling - book appointments.
Admin Tasks - Maintain accurate patient records , process invoices, order product, and keep the workspace organized.
Teamwork - Support your colleagues in a dynamic, fast-paced clinic setting.
Patient Education - Provide contact lens education (while deferring medical explanations to the OD).

Qualifications:

Experience as a contact lens fitter is required .

Strong organizational skills and a passion for patient care .

Ability to stay calm & composed in a busy clinic setting.

Availability for flexible hours, including evenings & Saturdays .

Bonus: Experience or interest in scleral and ortho-k lenses
