Trousdale's is seeking a full-time Yard Labourer/Warehouse Worker to help primarily in the warehouse/yard. The successful candidate may also be required to deliver materials and help in the store front as needed.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Yard Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the yard and warehouse area, ensuring a clean and organized environment while assisting with various tasks related to the movement of materials and equipment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate heavy machinery safely.

Duties
Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required to load and unload materials.
Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels.
Assist in order picking, ensuring accuracy in fulfilling customer requests.
Operate forklifts, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure proper functioning.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and enhance productivity.

Experience
Previous experience in a warehouse or yard environment is preferred.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues.
Experience in load unloading and order picking will be advantageous.

Pay: $16.55-$22.00 per hour
