Your main tasks will be to:
Process files awaiting review for quality control
Create and maintain customer databases to ensure customs release
Confirm released files within prescribed deadlines
Respond to customer requests
Keep customer profiles up to date
Resolve problems in collaboration with various departments.
Communicate with customers to advise of missing information
Participate in the integration of new customers
What we are looking for:
You are bilingual in French and English in order to be able to communicate with your future colleagues and clients based throughout Canada and the world.
You have studied logistics or a related fieldYou have significant experience in customs and with an international freight forwarder
You are autonomous, proactive and pay attention to detail
You like teamwork and are motivated to take on new challenges!
