As a Junior Field Marketing team member, you'll be the first connection between homeowners and EcoTech's life-changing products. You'll help generate excitement, schedule appointments, and lay the foundation for major home improvement projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

Engaging directly with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods.
Creating buzz around our premium windows and doors.
Setting up free consultations for our top-tier Product Specialists.
Representing EcoTech with energy, enthusiasm, and pride.
Developing real-world leadership, marketing, and sales skills.
Positioning yourself for possible rapid promotion into In-Home Sales roles (average earnings over six figures).
