Responsibilities
Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
Create advertising materials using Adobe Creative Suite for digital and print platforms.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with customer engagement goals.
Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Track marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance to maximize ROI.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
Manage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) for effective customer relationship management.
Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote products, services and lead generation.
Develop and schedule engaging content across email, social media, and digital advertising platforms .
Developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Manage online sales, optimizing the shopping experience.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract traffic, increase sales, and promote products or services.
Analyzing website data, sales figures, and customer behavior to identify trends and optimize performance.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML for website management.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
Experience managing budgets and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Experience with AI (Artificial Intelligence) initiatives would be an asset.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and software
Performance Evaluation:
Increase efficiency in CRM (HubSpot) workflows.
Enhance SEO Optimization efforts to increase website traffic
Lead at least one full-cycle marketing campaign
Successfully plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns tied to sales targets
Implement and test improvements to increase engagement and reduce bounce rate
Improve conversion rate and average order value (AOV)
Create and present monthly performance reports for marketing campaigns and E-Commerce activities with actionable insights.
Education:
Secondary School (required)
Marketing Degree or Diploma (preferred)
