What You Bring

Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with technology
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, with a proactive mindset
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality client service
Completion of a Legal Administration or Paralegal diploma is an asset
Basic accounting knowledge, and familiarity with billing and invoicing is an asset

Key Responsibilities

Greet and support clients, respond to inquiries, and manage communications professionally
Draft, prepare, and process legal documents and correspondence
Proactively coordinate and maintain calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
Perform billing and payment processing functions for client matters
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
