Job Description: As a Batt & Poly Insulation Foreperson you will be responsible for the installation of batt and poly insulation in residential and commercial buildings, as well as being a leader within the Batt & Poly Division.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all installations are performed in accordance with company standards and specifications.
Follow all safety procedures to ensure quality and compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of materials used and time spent on each project.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
Ensure all equipment and tools are maintained and in good working order.
Supervise and mentor staff regularly.
Documentation as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in batt and poly insulation installation would be considered an asset.
Strong knowledge of insulation materials, methods, and industry standards considered an asset.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong commitment to safety and quality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and communication skills are a must!
