We are COR certified and are proud to be partners and champions of safety. All of Ram's plumbing, heating, and gas fitting work is done in accordance with manufacturer specifications and meet or exceed local, provincial, and national building codes. Our plumbers are Alberta-certified journey people, and our apprentices are registered. All of our plumbing and heating technicians are experts in troubleshooting, best practices, and maintenance.

Ram Mechanical Inc. is currently seeking an experienced 3rd or 4th year Plumber/Gas Fitter Apprentice to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be registered with Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training, possess hands-on experience in both plumbing and gas fitting, and be eager to contribute to a wide range of projects and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing and gas systems.

Work on residential, commercial, and light industrial projects.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Cut, measure, and assemble pipes using hand and power tools.

Support journeymen in troubleshooting and problem-solving on job sites.

Adhere to all safety codes, regulations, and company procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and Foreman.

Qualifications:

Registered apprentice in plumbing - minimum 3rd or 4th year.

Experience with gas fitting and mechanical systems required.

Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and materials.

Valid Class 5 Driver's License.

Able to provide/pass clear criminal background check.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Safety-conscious and reliable.

CSTS/WHMIS and other safety certifications are assets.
