Our team is growing, and we're seeking a Plumber to join us in crafting high-quality homes with precision and care.

Job Summary:

As a Plumber, you will be installing rough in pumping, pipes, valves, drainage systems, and finishing fixtures ensuring our homes are ready for their new owners. Plumbers are required to work onsite as well as our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Install rough in and finishing plumbing

Measure, cut, and shape materials to ensure proper alignment and installation.

Estimate material needs and ensure accurate measurements.

Use power and hand tools to cut and install materials with precision.

Collaborate with trades such as roofers, electricians, and carpenters to coordinate activities and assist other trades as needed.

Pick up materials from suppliers as required.

Follow safety protocols, including proper PPE use and tool handling.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, store materials/tools properly, and dispose of waste.

Requirements:

Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs.

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.

Familiarity with SiteDocs software.

Strong time management, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications and Skills:

Valid plumbing license or certification
Red Seal Plumber an asset
