We are The Perzia Group, a Property Management Company committed to maintaining high-quality rental units and providing a great living experience for our tenants. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Worker to help turn over rental units quickly and professionally.

Job Overview

As our Maintenance Worker / Unit Turnover Specialist, you'll prepare vacated units for new tenants. This includes everything from paint touch-ups and small repairs to minor plumbing and electrical tasks. If you're detail-oriented, take pride in your work, and can handle a variety of tasks with minimal supervision - we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Perform paint touch-ups, wall patching, caulking, and trim work
Complete minor plumbing repairs (leaky faucets, clogged drains, etc.)
Handle basic electrical repairs (switches, light fixtures, outlets)
Install or adjust appliances, hardware, and fixtures
Assist with minor carpentry (cabinet adjustments, doors, etc.)
Follow a unit turnover checklist to ensure all items are completed
Work after hours occasionally for emergency calls or time-sensitive turnovers
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report major issues promptly

What We're Looking For

Experience in general maintenance, construction, or a skilled trade (2+ years preferred)
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Strong knowledge of paint, drywall, plumbing, and light electrical work
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
Valid driver's license and access to transportation

Pay: $17.59-$27.77 per hour
