Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This full-time role will support our team with maintenance needs in keeping our properties and facilities in excellent working condition.

This position is ideal for someone with a hands-on attitude, strong attention to detail, and a passion for property care. Some experience in general repairs, trades, or painting is a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve maintenance work orders promptly and efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe environment by picking up litter or debris as needed
Assist housekeepers and other departments with maintenance-related tasks
Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests and property owners
Carry out light repairs, painting, and basic maintenance tasks around the property

Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant maintenance, trades, or handyman experience
Able to work independently with strong time management and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player attitude
Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to follow-through
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common software is a bonus
Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
Valid BC driver's license with a clean driving abstract
