Job Description:
Maintain gardens with your team to our high standard of care.
Work with, supervise, train, and manage a crew of 3 gardeners.
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail by maintaining extremely tidy gardens with your team.
Impart your knowledge and passion to your team; always sharing knowledge and experience to develop better gardeners.
Utilize technology and software to document work and manage your team.
Prepare your truck and trailer with needed supplies for the day. Safely transport your crew and equipment on your daily run, and advocate for safety at all times.
Be able to accurately identify common Zone 5 plants, and understand and execute appropriate seasonal care of those plants.
Appreciate that this career demands a sustained physical workload 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. This is an outdoor position and we work through the elements.
Demonstrate proficiency in delegating tasks to accomplish the work in the time allowed.
Ensure you and your team maintains and safely operates company equipment and tools, and uses appropriate PPE at all times.
Model work ethic and attendance for your team, so you can foster that expectation from them.
Careful attention to the specific requests/desires of your clients, ensuring these requests are fulfilled.
Communicate regularly and professionally with all people you interact with.

Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in landscape maintenance. Inexperienced candidates will not be considered for this position.
Have knowledge of how to safely run all tools used to provide our landscaping services.
Experience driving a truck & trailer, and provide MHS a Drivers Abstract.
A criminal record check may be required.
Proficient with all company software after training.
