O'Neill Automotive Group is looking for a coordinated and ambitious individual for the position of _Lot Attendant _at our Mount Pearl location The Lot Attendant is responsible for keeping vehicle inventory neat and orderly. An Attendant provides support to the sales department to ensure all vehicles are inspected upon arrival and organized for efficient retrieval. Dealership lot maintenance will be required during the winter season for plow truck access.
As a Lot Attendant, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and will perform work in all areas including but not limited to:
Inspecting vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice
Recording the description of damages and lists missing items on the delivery receipt
Parking new vehicles in assigned areas
Assigning stock control numbers to cars
Moving sold vehicles to maximize use of space and keep the lot in order
Delivering sold vehicles to the new-vehicle preparation department
Other duties as required
_ Requirements and Skills: _
Exceptional time management, organizational, verbal and written skills
Understand safe working and driving practices
Ability to work well with a team and able to follow instructions from Management
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Automotive experience would be considered an asset but not required
Must hold a valid driver's license, clean drivers abstract and code of conduct
