SIREG Management is looking for a reliable property Maintenance Technician, that can-do repair work at our residential sites. We'll rely on you to keep our facilities in good clean condition by doing various jobs assisting our maintenance department in maintaining our tenants' apartment, and the associated grounds .

The Role:
Perform maintenance and repairs
Knowledge of basic electrical
Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, etc.)
_ General plumbing/installations: _Toilets, faucets, fix leaks, etc.
_ Facility repairs: _doors, doorknobs, locks, broken tiles, staining etc.
_ Facility Installations: _laminate flooring, doors, windows, trim, sinks, faucets etc.
_ Tenant Requests: _air filters, new lock installation and smoke detector inspection
Assist tradespeople on site
Respond to requests from property management and administration team as needed

What We're Looking For:
Valid G Driver's License & Personal Vehicle
Clean drivers abstract
Maintenance experience
Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
Good communication ability
Well-organized and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
CPIC check required before starting
