Executive Chef and Cooks
join our experienced team, As Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, Menu planning , food preparation and execution, staff management. Duties:
- Must have experience with Rational or GBS ovens
- Plan and execute daily food preparation activities
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
- Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food preparation assistants
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed
- Collaborate with the banquet managers and management team to develop seasonal menus and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
Experience:
- Proven experience working in a professional Banquet kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, Equipment and food preparation techniques
- Previous experience in Banquet management or supervisory role preferred
- Excellent culinary skills with the ability to create innovative and delicious dishes
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Banquet Catering industry, including current trends and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with kitchen staff, restaurant management, and other team members
