The Patch Brewery Inc. is a family-owned brewery located in Maple Ridge, set to open in summer 2024. We are dedicated to producing high-quality craft beer, gourmet pizzas, crafted lattes and providing a welcoming space for the community. Our brewery offers a unique experience, with an on-site barley field and gardens that supply fresh ingredients for our beers and food items. Job Description:

We are currently seeking Line Cooks to join our team. We have a number of positions available both part time and full time. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food, a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous kitchen experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook pizzas, salads, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards
Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient service
Follow proper food handling procedures and safety protocols at all times
Opening and prep procedures
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed

Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a kitchen environment
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
Familiar with wood or gas-fired pizza oven (An asset, but not required)
Physically capable of standing, moving, bending, kneeling, and lifting supplies (25+ pounds)
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Available to work on weekends, days, evenings and holidays
