We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience while maintaining high standards of food safety and service efficiency.

Responsibilities
Manage front of house operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
Train, supervise, and motivate front of house staff, including servers and bartenders.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Monitor food safety practices and maintain compliance with health regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and increase repeat business.
Maintain inventory levels for bar and dining supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members to foster growth and development.

Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage service is preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and staff alike.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
A background in hospitality or hotel management is a plus.
