Responsibilities include:
Training and retaining team members
Oversee the Back of house part of the service
Maintaining a good moral throughout the team even during long and busy days
Giving continuous feedback to the team about their performance and how to improve if necessary
Ensuring compliance of all processes and procedures established within the company for what regards the Back of House
Ensuring the vibe and ambiance during your shifts are as per Monki standards
Being a leader in Food Safety and Alberta Health & Safety compliance
Ability to develop team members into leaders within the company
Ordering
Rotate and manage all inventory
Participate and contribute in meetings and discussions concerning product development, company wide initiatives, and special projects
Be able and willing to go above and beyond when the service demands it
Contribute to Monki's goals for increasing sales and creating loyal customers
