Summary
As the Sous Chef, you will work with the sales team and event co-ordinators in the execution of daily service both in our restaurant and banquet business. Strong management/guidance and training abilities ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will utilize your core skills in food preparation, cooking, and food safety to deliver exceptional dishes while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your experience in the food industry and restaurant environment will allow you to thrive in this fast-paced role.
