We are seeking an _experienced and skilled_ Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in baking and food handling.

As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a wide range of products including cheesecakes, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and appearance.
Decorate cakes and other baked goods with creativity and precision.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs regarding baked goods.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or professional bakery setting is preferred.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and baking techniques is essential.
Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is required.
Experience in cake decorating is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are important for success in this role.
