What You'll Do:
Lead daily kitchen operations, from baking to prep schedules
Ensure high standards in food quality, presentation, and consistency
Train and support both BOH and FOH teams on menu knowledge and execution
Oversee inventory, ordering, and waste management
Create and manage team schedules to meet labour targets
Contribute to seasonal menu development and innovation
Handle customer feedback with care and professionalism
Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health regulations
What We're Looking For:
3+ years experience in pastry or production baking
Strong leadership and communication skills
Food Handler's Certification (required)
First Aid training (preferred)
Reliable, solution-focused, and team-oriented
Experience with scheduling, ordering, and inventory
Ability to manage and train a team in a fast-paced environment
Must be available to start shifts as early as 4am
