Job Overview
Experienced line cook to perform Cook 2 in our fast paced Quick Service BBQ restaurant. You must be organized, great at problem solving, excellent cooking skills on all stations, and multi-tasking.
You have high quality and sanitation standards, and proven experience following specs and standards without exception.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Ensure proper food handling and safety practices are followed at all times.
Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.
Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
Experience in the restaurant or food service industry is required.
Proficient in meal preparation techniques and food handling practices.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
Attention to detail in food presentation and quality control.
A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills within the culinary field.
