Position Summary
The Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food quality standards are met.
Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
Food Service
Serve breakfast and lunch dishes to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Workstation Setup
Prep and set up stations and equipment for smooth service.
Quality Control
Ensure food presentation and quality standards are consistently met.
Cleanliness & Organization
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work environment throughout the restaurant.
Storage & Inventory
Ensure all food and items are properly stored and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.
Minimum Requirements
Serving experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Effective communication skills.
Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
Highly effective teamwork skills.
Working Conditions
7am-3pm operation hours.
Weekends, as needed.
Ability to stand for long period of time
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
