We're looking for a dependable Customer Service and Fulfillment Associate to help handle our warehouse & e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Fulfill Online Orders : Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure timely delivery to customers.

- Answer Phones And Emails : Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and provide helpful solutions.

- Assist with Shipping & Receiving : Process and track shipments, ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

- Customer Service : Answering questions and providing a welcoming experience.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Basic computer skills for order processing and shipping software.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.

- Proficient in Google Sheets & Google Docs.

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Valid driver's license.

- Must be willing to learn.

- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment (training provided, if needed).

Assets

- Knowledge & understanding of the automotive field & shipping and receiving.

- Experience fulfilling online orders.
