Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Skid Steer Operators to join our Earthworks crews. The ideal candidate should be able to competently operate a skid steer to finish grade as well as operate a variety of equipment including dozers, packers, loaders, excavators, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to operate a skid steer as well as a variety of equipment in a safe manner
Complete pre-trip inspection and grease equipment, daily
Maintain equipment and report defects to foreman
Ability to put projects to design and on time

Qualifications:

2+ years of skid steer experience.
GPS experience is an asset
Critical thinking skills to be able to work in a safe manner
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Communicate effectively in English following written and verbal instructions
Ability to prioritize tasks
Class 5 license with clean drivers abstract
Reliable transportation
Ground Disturbance level 2 is an asset
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Cell phone with ability to run SiteDocs app
