Action Glass is seeking an experienced service and replace Journeyman glazing technician to join our team. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the high-quality and efficient installation of various glass materials in both commercial and residential environments. Your responsibilities will encompass working on storefronts, sealed units, mirrors, and providing general service glazing.

Flat Glass Specialist

Specific Duties:

Performs Work Requiring extensive trades knowledge in:

Measuring and replacement of glass in all types of frames
Measuring and assessing for all types of Commercial aluminum storefront repairs and replacement
Working at heights
Apply close mental and visual attention to work to ensure no errors are made
Instructs clients on correct care, operation and control of their new doors, windows and or hardware

Qualifications:

Education

Must have a good driving record, valid drivers license and be insurable
Fall Protection, Scissor Lift, Boom Lift and Swing Stage Training will be available after successful completing of 90-day probationary period

Experience

Service and replacement experience is required
Glazing ticket preferred, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
