We are a property management company with several buildings in downtown Ottawa looking for a full time painter to start immediately. Duties include patching, caulking and painting apartments, hallways and common areas, and metal and wood balconies in warmer weather. Minor woodworking / carpentry skills would be a plus. Should have experience working under pressure and with multiple deadlines. Access to a vehicle is crucial.
