Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall success of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
Support skilled tradespeople in various construction or manufacturing activities
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements

Previous experience in labor or construction roles is preferred with experience in drywall repairs, painting, some flooring
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed
