3PL Ventures Inc. is 60,000 sq.ft. cannabis cultivation facility based in Vernon, B.C. 3PL is a partially owned subsidiary of GreenTec Holdings Ltd., which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Avant Brands.

Job Description
Cultivation, fertigation, pruning, plant transfers, harvesting.
Cleaning facility.
Hand trimming product.
Producing Pre-rolls.
Packaging cannabis flower in plastic or glass jars.
Documenting all activities.
Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Background
Solid manual dexterity using scissors, snips and sheers.
Ability to stay organized and follow SOP'.s
Willingness to perform varied tasks as required.
Experience in a similar setting.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
Attention to detail.
Previous cannabis cultivation experience considered an asset.

Depending on grow cycles and government inspections, overtime hours are a must.
