We are currently seeking a multitasking and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our high-volume sport and school photography operations. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Production Manager and production team in various tasks related to post-production, photo editing, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality photo products. Your keen eye for detail, willingness to learn, and passion for photography will contribute to the smooth and successful execution of our photography projects.
Key daily aspects
Monitoring and tracking production timelines, proactively addressing any potential delays or bottlenecks.
Assist the Production Manager in coordinating and managing the post-production workflow
Complete post-production processes, including image selection, editing, retouching, color correction, and digital enhancement.
Assist in coordinating photo shoot schedules and collaborate with the photography team to communicate schedules and deliverables.
Learn and adapt to new photography software and technologies as required for efficient production processes.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the entire process.
Assist in managing client orders and order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Requirements to apply
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a fast paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and motivate a diverse team.
Proficiency in photography software and equipment, including digital cameras and editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
Knowledge of post-production processes and color correction techniques is a plus.
Having proficiency in Microsoft Excel is considered a valuable asset.
