About the Role:
We're building a sales engine - and we need someone obsessed with systems, data, and process to make it run. This is a unique opportunity for a RevOps Coordinator to get in early, experiment boldly, and build out the core infrastructure that will scale our inside sales, outreach, and marketing efforts.
What You'll Do:
Manage and configure our CRM (HubSpot) to track leads, funnels, and attribution
Build dashboards and weekly reporting tools to track KPIs
Support testing and outbound campaign operations
Help implement internal workflows (e.g., playbook tracking, meeting structures)
Own data accuracy, pipeline structure, and tool integration
Participate in daily standups and weekly process reviews
Who You Are:
1-3 years in a sales operations, marketing operations, or CRM-focused role
Comfortable with HubSpot, reporting tools, and process documentation
Detail-obsessed, organized, and motivated to take ownership
Thrive in fast-moving, high-expectation environments
Must be located in or near Kitchener-Waterloo and available to work in-office
