Job description

We at Crumbl Cookies are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager (AM) to help operate our business. The AM management position is responsible for managing associates, assigning specified work, focusing on store-level operation performance, coaching, and developing subordinates.

The AM must be able to motivate and positively influence staff, especially during times of low morale. A top candidate for this position must have strong leadership and organizational skills. The AM should be firm, but also approachable. The AM will report directly to the GM.

Interviews:

We are looking to conduct zoom interviews as soon as possible. Interviews last around 45 minutes.

Store Hours:

Monday - Thursday: OPEN 8 am CLOSE 10 pm

Friday / Saturday: OPEN 8 am CLOSE Midnight

We make everything FRESH in store!

Openers may arrive as early as 6 am and closers may leave an hour or two after closing. We will teach you the skills and everything you need to know. You will be working will cookies all day

Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of Shift Leads and Bakers
Conducts and coordinates on-the-job training for new Team members, and ensures all associates receive basic skills training to perform their jobs
Oversee daily operations of the store, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Consistently and creatively motivates Team Members to maintain our customer service scores
Provides support, coaching and encouragement necessary to achieve business goals
Ensures that the restaurant is clean, and all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned
Assigns work tasks and activities
Prepares schedules, and ensure all shifts are covered
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Required Skills:

Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
Basic phone applications and basic math skills is required

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications:
1 year of job-related experience in a restaurant or customer service management as a General Manager
Demonstrates team management, delegation and issue resolution skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures in the food service industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training employees
Must be able to lift 50lbs
