Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Shipper to join our warehouse and operations team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate shipping of products. This position requires a strong understanding of order fulfillment & packaging. The Shipper will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety and quality while meeting shipping deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Review and verify customer orders for accuracy
Carefully prepare and package products securely for shipment
Use shipping software to create and print shipping labels
Ensure all shipping supplies (boxes, labels & packing materials, etc.) are well-stocked and organized
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Assist with general office tasks such as photocopying, filing and document organization
Coordinate with customer service and operations staff as needed
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production goals.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma required
Previous experience in shipping, fulfillment processes, including packaging and labeling and/or warehouse setting is an asset
Familiarity with basic office tasks such as photocopying and filing
Comfortable using a computer and learning shipping software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Good communication skills and willingness to take initiative
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to approximately 50 lbs

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Type: Permanent Full time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 4:30 pm

Experience: Entry Level

Start Date: As soon as possible
